Cable Throttle Pedal Conversion

I purchased the conversion plate from LFD. There were 4 hole that needed to be filled and three of them were threaded. To protect the threads from welding I decided to remove the plate with the threads by cutting the spot welds and then cut out the 8 holes (4 original and 4 new holes from cutting the spot welds) and replace it with a single patch.

Fully welded and ground down. The welds you see here are from when I welded the threaded plate back in that holds the pedal assembly.


Skim coat of filler to cover the minor scratches.
