For the big /heavy trans that you are playing with.....bolt the bell to the block, then if you add an 8-10" pc of threaded rod in the top 2 holes (trans mount on the bell, 1/2" NC), they will serve as a guide to help "center" things up. It might take 4 arms, & 1 foot As the trans is guided in on the threaded rod, you need 1 person to watch that the trans goes in square, 1 in the cab to depress the clutch, Leave the trans in gear. 1 guy on the back to turn the shaft (back/ forth to rock her in.
