Ok so looks like the purple wire is sending 12V when the key is turned. It seems that the issue is with my yellow wire going to my ignition coil. There is no voltage or anything at all going to it.

What does this yellow wire connect to on the inside to get the voltage? I believe it turns into a lime green color wire which connects to the neutral safety switch. Could it be the neutral safety switch not sending out voltage to this wire?
