...well it's getting late, I'm away from home and the truck for the holidays (so unfortunately, I can't just go look at what's hanging in a bag on the wall)...and I've searched and searched and searched for a clear pic on the site (I don't have a before pic of mine that shows my set up)...and the attached pic is all I came up with. Borrowed obviously from elsewhere on the board, it appears to show a bolt through the shifter. I guess mine could have broken or been drilled out, but it sure does seem clean. I'm anxious to get home and look at my hardware...but I think mine may have come with a bolt hole and not a pin. Again, experts weigh in for me. They had at least three transfer case shift levers in two different finishes that year, so it stands to reason they might have had more than one shift link...Thanks for looking and speaking up Dwayne. There's just too much stuff to keep up with on these trucks. It definitely takes a village to build one...
