I'll share what another great member told me last night.. the 64-66 passenger door should have the cutouts for the cage nuts.. the installation instructions will show the location of the through holes that need to be cut in the door panel.. only have to drill those out, install cage nuts and screws.. seems like it was common for these models to not have passenger armrests [maybe none from the factory?]

maybe other places where both can be purchased together if good used or NOS are not available..
I prefer OEM good used or NOS but that might be a tall order so at least there's a solution for me and the other potential buyer above..
