I am just about to start on my 65 swb I have all the parts to start just need a few more things headers being one of them.
I used a BBC Chevelle Patriot headers I did not move the engine forward..the rack and pinion steering will not allow for that very very tight to the oil pan. there was no clearance for the valve covers to clear the firewall. I had to heat the firewall up and hammer it back enough to clear..plus the motor sets higher and no room for a power brake booster..I had to use a Hydroboost
