Yep, a proper length roll of trailer light wire works great. some comes in 3 strands but most comes with four.

Most of it is color coded for the lights with the GM color coding but at least one brand has some not normal colors.

You will have to tie into it for the left tail light where the harness turns the corner to go to the right tail light. You split the wire for the left stop/turn back and then cut it to length to go to the left light. All the parts house should have it in the trailer stuff section and some will have it on a roll.
