The top picture has a ground that looks like mine. You also have what looks like a correct bolt with a star washer. I believe I will hook up mine just like yours. It looks stock to me. I will investigate my frame. If I have a threaded hole in the same location I think we have a winner. Thanks again.

It appears the ground I found was forward of the one shown in the picture.
It matched the thread of the screw I had perfectly. It's the hole I am going to use. the only reason I can think of that GM grounded the inner fender is so It acts as a ground plane for the radio antenna?
