around '97 i built our patio, after all these yrs it was getting ratty and some boards were getting punky and soft.
put in new soffit, some vinyl lattice, then some fresh paint, then re-decked it. wit the crazy price of lumber, i re-hashed some of the good old deck boards to replace a couple of soft stringers around the edge. also replaced the rotting plywood skirting wit some new PT plywood.

only thing left now is to rebuild the stairs- pretty rough shape after 20+ yrs in the weather. wife has also decided we want to lattice 3 more sides, wit "crazy lady" next door, i concur
