I need to put my door rubbers on as well but it seems like the only way to do it correctly is to pull the doors off. I'm a little hesitant to do that but I think people have done it with the doors on. Only problem with doing that is getting the door edge clean enough. Looking forward to your progress and how you did it with either doors on/off.
