ON the carpet install, not that this is 'novel', but I little 'trick' I use for locating the seat bolt holes in the floorpan. Once you have the carpet positioned where you want it, find the bolt holes with an awl. Then use a (hot) solder iron, and melt through. It leaves a nice clean hole for the bolt to go through, and since it melts the carpet around the hole, there are no frays. Again, it's nothing new, but it works great...

Thanks Kevin.it is cleaning up better than I thought it might.it never had been fooled with much so almost everything is like it should be.i have used the hot poker method of making holes in carpet in the past.it does work well.since I am giving this truck to Happy Dan,do you want my wagon?have a great day.
