No anti seize on lug nuts . The torque values are for dry studs lube will change the value and your nuts will be tighter . I wire wheel the studs then remove the nuts then use a lower torque stick on the nuts then torque to the recommended torque. Re torque after 50 to 100 miles. I do use anti seize between the hub and wheel specially on aluminum rims .
