Re: "Sweet Pea" 1975 Cheyenne 20

Today's progress... Mounted auxiliary fuel pump, ran the wiring up into the engine bay, relay and all.

Fresh spark plugs (NGK TR6) and shiny new plug wires from my local speed shop. Upper radiator hose. Trickier process than I thought... ended up with one off a 2005 Chevy express van. My radiator has 1.5" outlets, and the upper water pump inlet slightly smaller, like 1 3/8. The hose I got fits the water pump neck perfectly but is pretty tight on the radiator outlet. I'll be able to squeeze it on there though. Still on the hunt for a lower... water pump outlet on the lower is much larger... like 1 5/8.

Also got the intake piping started. I ordered a cheapo intake off Ebay, but mostly I just wanted the elbow and the 45* bent tubing. The filter and clamps it came with are junk. I ordered the rest of the stuff I need from siliconeintakes.com I'm using all T bolt clamps, and since the MAF has slightly weird sized inlet and outlet I got a 4" to 3.75 reducer and a 3.75" to 3.5" reducer to mount the air filter. Should be here in a day or two... All told i should be into it about $130, including all the T bolt clamps.
