I don't have the tools with me, I was expecting to replace a light switch. I check the other bathroom. Yes, indeed, the lights are flickering. Go up for another switch, replace it, and now the lights don't work at all. I went home and got lunch and more tools, (and another light switch) and went over and got it all done. Another new switch, which actually works! We're in the process of selling the place, so I'm thinking hard about reducing the price of the house by $500 (snicker) and having the new owners replace the garbage disposal.

I have 3 "rentals' They really aren't rentals because I have family members in them.

They know better than to call me if something breaks. Fix it yourself.

Really? MF'er, you live there for free! You pay them! Pay something!

He paid them. And now he's not speaking to me. I can't win.
