There have been several built with using one cab and stretching it. Brandon Sissco is the expert on the type of build. Also, they have been done with full-size doors in the rear. He also sells a kit for the 4th door B-pillar and is a wealth of knowledge. He can be found on Instagram or the 67-72 Crewcab Facebook group.
