I had a BIL who made Moonshine out in Oregon and "ME" being 16 at the time ,,knew some about him making it and ask him if I could get a quart jar of it ,, He didnt give me a jar of it ,,but a sip .. it was 100 proof and like to burned the skin right out of my mouth ,, I cannot to this day guess why anyone would like taking gulps of that from a quart jar and saying it sure is good,
He got cought and it cost him his 59 Chevy car and his some year ford Truck as he hauled it across state line in- law ..but he and went on to do some very interesting fun things on the Lopez Island with his fish salmon fish buying ..and I helped..
