That sounds like a plan. I doubt the speaker will weigh much, but I will probably make a small structure that incorporates the door frame and the window stop bracket. Thought about doing components, but not sure on where I'd place the tweeter. Maybe same idea, just below the vent window corner, with a small grill grafted into the door as well.
