67-72 Black. Not For Sale.
I got this set of 67-72 Black finished up for someone today. Bought this set off EBay for someone specifically. They didn’t look to bad from the pictures, so the plan was to just tidy them up a bit and install New GM Emblems. Whoever tried their hand at “making them look better” to sell on EBay didn’t do the BEST job. Mainly because they didn’t use the correct product for color. Whatever they used was immediately coming off on my hands. That’s not good! So I made the decision to go ahead and clean these properly and freshen up with color. Rust removed from the metal buckle parts. Buckle covers were sanded, cleaned, dyed and cleared with Low Luster. New Emblems installed.
Much much better! Here’s the Before pics.
