No such laws here in WA State.
The last three crashes I have had friends and relatives involved in were with others who didn't have insurance.
A gal drove off the road missing the front of my parked and restored truck, missing it by a foot. Crashed through the curb and got high-centered. Early morning, failure to negotiate a straight away. Dumbest car wreck I have ever seen.
