I got a quote from a guy in my area to do the conversion. $1900 and about 2 weeks, or so. Shorten the frame, the bed, the driveshaft (and balance), breaklines, wiring, etc. Basically, drop it off, he does it, you drive it home. Didn't seem like a bad deal, to me.
