Figured out the windows after several hours or removing, installing, removing, installing, adjusting and so on but they roll up and down smoothly with only one sorta tight spot on the passenger window but not bad. Got the door panels on and we took her out for a quick drive to see how she runs.

The new 5 speed shifts sooo much smoother and will be super fun to run through the gears. Amazing how some window felts and door seals will make a cab rattle a lot less than what I remember driving this thing to high school. A little breezy with no windshield or rear window but all in the works.

Need to figure out the seat mounts still. Got a seat out of a 78 and need to mount it. Once I have that figured out, off to the upholstery shop.
