I just trimmed the inner part of the factory tub and bolted them back in place. plenty of clearance with the amount I raised the bed.

slotard - I went with the Mild version because I was under the assumption that there was no modifications to the cab necessary. With my setup I had to fab a tunnel from front to back for drive shaft clearance. My main issue was the steering linkage. The stock column sticks out fairly far and causes the first joint angle to be a little extreme. Other then that, the install was pretty straight forward. So since I had to do all the modifications anyway, I think the extreme version would have been easier for the simple steering connections and header fitment.
