I'd cut 'em out and lay in new. If you're worried about compound curves, cut it out, template what you want, and hit the yards with a battery powered sawzall. Often the opposite end of the opposite side will work. Start with the old pieces in front of you and see what you come up with. Good luck! Pretty nice work so far!
