Re: What did you do to your truck today??

The first year I bought this Suburban, which was almost 8 years ago, The starter developed a dead spot, but it would start. I usually have starters rebuilt, but I buy them if I need them right away. I went and bought one. It sat in the box on the passenger floor forever, like a year. One day I realized I couldn't remember the last time the starter acted up, so I took it out of the truck and returned it. I really didn't expect them to take it back after all that time, but I got my refund!

And hey! Don't be making fun of my lack of organization and ability to find parts when I need them just because I told you about that stereo harness missing yesterday. It just so happens that not long after I was in my truck looking for something else on the passenger seat and I uncovered that harness right there! I'm more organized than I thought. I had it right where I needed it for the install. I'm just a knucklehead for not having the stereo on the seat, too! I could make room
