The service manual for 1969 Chevy C10 is not there in that thread, but 1970 is most likely close enough. I bought a used 1969 Chevy C10 service manual on eBay for quite reasonable price, and new ones are available for pretty cheap from
classic truck parts online stores. It's possible the divorced choke for a Quadrajet won't go on an Edelbrock intake manifold and you might also need some sort of carburetor mount adapter. It may be a good idea to post pictures of the parts you're dealing with, people here with more knowledge than me will chime in.
