I have a fleetside, long bed, with a wooden floor. (RPO E81) the bedsides are junk. This was bought specifically to use the inner structure for a good bed without a wooden floor. I was going to use it on my GMC dually, but have changed directions.
The bed is currently mounted to a home made trailer, this will not be included in the sale. I plan on removing the bedsides and head board prior to sale.
I am located in south eastern PA. About 45 min NW of Philadelphia.
If you have any questions, or would like more pictures, don’t hesitate to PM me. All crossmembers appear ok. All pieces would need to be blasted clean. There will be some places that will need patching/replacing. But this is definitely a very usable/saveable piece. The rear cross sill is the worst as far as being beat up. But it is straightenable. Or if you dont want to mess with it, it’s a good template to bend up a new one off of.
