For the most part, yes. The claws come with a mounting bracket. I relocated the holes so the claws dont stick out when they're open. Then shaped them to mount on the door.
I had to clearance the door. Added 1/4-20 rivnuts for the mounts.

Give me a few days, and I will add pictures of the door jamb mods on the cab.
Browse around your local pick and pull. All door latches are bear claw type, and will have an external trigger. You will have to custom fit a mounting bracket, anyway.
These are what I was going to buy until my dad offered up this set. They don't have an external trigger, either.
