The slip bolt used on the original linkage helped with setup, and means that only throw length and transmission shift lever angle need to be worked out to get a good working setup.

My 6l90e has P R N D M 1 which matches to the P R N D 3 2 1 of the original. Some 6L90 have an extra quadrant for a different pattern. You may not be able to use this with the linkage setup. M is also D4 and enables TUTD. HP Tuners, and I assume other tuning software, can change some of the drive quadrants.[/QUOTE]
