I checked the trigger pulse with an LED that I had laying around, good consistent pulse. So I changed coil packs again with a known good coil, and #1 is still firing less than half the time. Looked at grounds, g103, g104, and g105 all appear to be in good shape. I also ran a temporary ground from the bank 1 pigtail to neg terminal with no change. I pulled most of the looming off of the harness with no frayed/broken wires found. I Forgot to mention in the original post that the other reason I thought ground issue is some random dash lights that come and go including ABS, brake, and Service 4wd.
