I thought I'd share something that can save you some $$. Bodyshops throw alot of metal away. So instead of buying metal there is alot of useable metal that can be used in fabricating stuff. If you know someone in a shop ask them to see if you can get some. Even if you don't know anyone ask the manager. You might get lucky. I picked this piece up today. It's a piece of uniside that wasn't used due to us sectioning the part. It has some good rolls and contours to it that I can use to form up my center section of my dash. I dont have a sheetmetal brake yet so this works pretty because the bends are there. It's also good when your on a tight budget.
