Here is the bracket I used. I will say I had to cut the tab's off and re drill the front and back side to mount the pump closer to the mounting bolts so I would clear the frame. I also cut the long bar they send and drilled a new hole to mount it to the back.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
