I usually reduce view to 50% so I can see the whole thing. You can rotate if needed, resize, crop etc. Leave alone if happy with it. Even if pic did not need to be rotated or edited click save. After uploading to post you can use preview to see if it turned out okay. You should be able to edit your posts and add the corrected photos if you want.
