Yes, I'd seen that thread... Might should have listened... GMCPaul's wrote back and said you're supposed to cut a v-shape in the bulbous part where it meets under the sill, so the air can escape. I'll try that first. Hate to just toss $50 in a drawer but I don't want to have to slam the door so...
