I do have an external voltage regulator. If I do a search on the alternator part number 1100569, the results say it is a 10DN. Isn't the 10DN externally regulated? I am confused by the connector style though, because it doesn't look like the OEM from a stock alternator from our trucks. The previous owner installed this alternator.
