Thank you guys so much. I'm going to give this another go and hopefully I will pinpoint the problem.
pjmoreland - I didn't realize the green wire was broken into 3 segments...I thought it was perhaps only broken at the firewall bulkhead connector. Do you think it would be likely that it is grounded at one of these connection points?
