Tot Roddin': Mid-MO Style
Back in the fall, I got the urge to build a custom pedal car. So I set out to locate an original paint pedal car to start as my foundation for this build. I posted an ad on Craigslist and followed a few deadend roads until I came across an all original (except for the seat) AMF Skylark.
Early in the fall I tinkered with it a bit, looking for some inspiration and I think I found it.
After sitting in the garage all winter being neglected and the birth of our first on 2/26 (more info to come about this
), it was time to give it a good clean up (remove the seat) and then get to work.
I contacted a couple different people to see if they could help me come up with something (grimss and kyull67) and kyull67 had a free weekend to help me with this project so we headed out on 4/2 to build a custom cruiser for the little one.
