1) the seal behind the yoke is the pinion seal.
2) the gasket at the 5 bolts is the pinion support housing gasket.
If the yoke sealing surface is grooved you might be sleeving it, or replacing.

I'm not sure exactly where the leak is coming from,I have tried to pin point it with no luck. I just replaced the front pinion seal the other day and it stopped that leak and just figured I would do the same with the rear as it has a leak also. It is either coming from the pinion seal or one of those 2 areas you identified. I figured I would just change the gaskets and seals and eliminate all the spots it could be leaking. I just didnt want to screw anything up by disconnecting everything. I thought about just marking everything so I didnt mess with preload. I do have the tools to set preload but I have never done it before. Thank you for identifying those areas.
