That is a very confusing ramble, the cab has nothing to do with any of it.
to be simple.... 5 lug 1/2-20
6 lug 7/16-20 2wd or 4wd
Those 14mm x 1.5 are from a way newer truck, seems like those odd-ball late 80s and up 3/4 ton trucks with semi-floating axles and 6 lug? IIRC
