Thats a good question and it was a cross road that I was at for a decent amount of time The 90 is in fact a 1500, the axles where bought with a matching set of 44 inch bloggers for my mud truck. They're 4.56 gears with rear locker, although the 02 was 4.11 with limited slip g80 diff, which led me to a 4.11 vs 4.56 gearing debate with almost everyone i know. Basically I would either have to re gear the front or the rear

I decided to run with the 4.56s to start mostly because they were already in the older axles and I'm curious to see how they do with 35s.

The 02 axle is a little rougher on the outside than the 4.56 axle was but again nothing that couldn't be cleaned up with some sand (although i never got as far as disassembling it), I figured the option is always there anyway once i decide which gear ratio is going to stay with the truck
