This article says .420 is max lift: "Because these heads are meant to work with a 1.5:1 rocker, their tall valve guides can only handle maximum valve lifts of around 0.420 inch."

Btw, is this the engine your talking about -running .460 lift on iron vortecs? Would assume they have machined those heads for that money.
