Re: turbo task force
Yes, the hanger is at a small airport/float pond (for "sea planes") just outside of town. Its a base for a lot of remote hunting/fishing in interior alaska. My dads an avid pilot and the hanger was built to fit two de Havilland beavers on floats inside as well as all our vehicles and room to work on them in.
When its all said and done it will have 12" of insulation in the walls and we blew in about 2' of insulation the attic. So far its heating pretty well considering we have dipped into the negative 20's this week. We are putting a 2.5 ton electric chain hoist in the ceiling for picking airplanes and motors.
I tried some similar wrap from amazon, it held up decent and was cheap. I already ordered some stuff from summit 1" and 2" was a bit more expensive.
