He is a board vendor with a great rep, especially when it comes to rubber products. Im fortunate Im able to go to his place when I need stuff. He's also building a panel. He set me up with a complete kit for my panel when I was down there. He didnt have one put together yet so we just went under his lift where his panel was sitting and and counted the pieces needed and he put my kit together.
Should be the same as a Burb.
