Im gonna be swapping a 454 into my 70 3/4 ton 4x4 and i was wondering if a few things i have picked out would be good choices. From what i have i read on the site i can use 73 and up bb stands with a little bit of modification. correct? i have a 73 454 and the 73 mounts would make things easier.
I want this motor for low end torque and im thinking idle to 5500 rpms for the parts. Im thinking about rebuilding a quad 4 bbl carb or should i look for a new one? Im gonna leave the motor mostly stock right now but the stuff i buy i want to be able to use over after i decide to build it. Here's a couple things im looking at
