Yes, bought the reproductions from CarandTruckShop (the one in North Carolina). I felt the quality was very good. All the holes are predrilled and in the correct spaces. But the vinyl itself isn't punched, so it gives you the option. On the Blazer I didn't punch them and used industrial velcro...which is what we did on the rear panels too. On this truck, we wanted to be as factory correct as possible, so velcro wasn't an option...so it got screws and ferrules at the bottom.
