Well, we
could have scanned and emailed back as an attachment, but the title company didn't seem to want to do that. They paid the "overnight" both ways (included a prepaid Fedex return envelope). I guess they never expected so many problems. But it wasn't just Montana - the return package got hung up in Memphis for several days
Most of it had to be notarized of course.
At least it didn't crash in the middle of the Pacific
