They are driven off of water pressure and the wheels are actually on timers, so they move a little, then water, then move a little more etc. or at least that’s how they are here in northern NM/southern CO.

Also for what it’s worth it really sucks when they run on your oil field well locations. Turns everything into a mud bog in no time.
