Typically "color".
Non-production shades, colors not normally availalbe on a truck (ie, a Cadillac color, or even John Deere or Caterpillar), or fleet colors (U Haul, US Forestry service, US Navy, whatever).
Sometimes the paint scheme itself, like blue and red on the same truck for RCMP.
