So the guy that made these shackle hooks said it would cost extra for a custom set. I decided to go ahead and drill the frame out for the ones that I have. Sandblasted, painted, and installed.

There was no room for a washer on the top bolt, and I had to cut down the inside washer on the bottom bolt, but I would say it is still a lot stronger than factory tow hooks.
