Yes, member chipflyer makes those (in addition to SPIDS)
http://outintheshop.com/ He's made several for me. The majority of build sheets are in the seat bottom, I have heard of (never seen) some embedded in the seat back - so can't say for certain. But, generally speaking, yes, seat bottom is all I've ever actually seen.
