Sounds like you already have a great starting list! So I am thinking by this, maybe EFI, automatic, power steering, power brakes, seat belts (3 pt?), softer suspension, good wiper system, better door latches, better HVAC system so you have good defrost. Just a few thoughts but it sounds like you will be able to accomplish what you're wanting.
